Standard straight-edge knives with blades 6 inches or shorter. Sharpened to restore a clean, effective cutting edge.

3" blade or shorter — $3. Over 3" — $5. Includes sharpening and general cleanup, including removal of lint and debris around the blade, pivot, and hardware.
Serrated blades are typically sharpened by hand. Pricing varies based on blade length and serration type, since larger blades require more time to sharpen. Call or text for a quote.
9–12 blades — $35. 13+ blades — $50. Includes sharpening of all knives, including the serrated knife typically found in kitchen sets, plus sharpening of the included kitchen scissors when present. Wood storage blocks and wooden knife handles are polished when applicable, and the inside of the storage block is treated with a food-grade antibacterial solution.
10 or more knives qualify for bulk pricing. Knives may be mixed sizes, styles, and designs. Pricing starts at $3 per blade for smaller standard knives and may vary based on blade size, design, condition, and sharpening requirements. Damascus knives add $1 per blade. Serrated blades are priced separately.
Every pair is inspected, sharpened, honed, and lubricated at the pivot. If worn or damaged screws or other parts are found, we contact you before replacement. Specialty shears are sharpened according to their blade and edge design. Bulk pricing available for 10 or more standard scissors.
Precision sharpening for small scissors and embroidery scissors where a clean, accurate cut is especially important.
Sharpening for standard 7–9" fabric shears, with attention to maintaining the proper cutting edge for clean, smooth cuts through fabric.

Specialty sharpening for pinking shears. Extra care is taken to preserve the alignment of the teeth for a clean, consistent cut. Includes inspection, sharpening, honing, and pivot lubrication.
Specialty sharpening for knife-edge scissors and shears. Each blade angle is sharpened separately to preserve the proper cutting geometry. Includes inspection, honing, and pivot lubrication.
Specialty sharpening for professional barber and grooming shears, including convex and curved edges. Extra care is taken to preserve the original edge geometry and cutting performance. Includes inspection, precision sharpening, honing, and pivot lubrication.
Specialty sharpening for blending and thinning shears. Extra care is taken with the toothed blade and cutting edge to maintain proper alignment and cutting performance. Price varies by shear design and edge type. Includes inspection, honing, and pivot lubrication.
Sharpening for true left-handed shears. The reversed blade orientation requires a different sharpening setup to maintain the proper edge geometry. Includes inspection, sharpening, honing, and pivot lubrication.
Sharpening includes general cleanup and light rust removal. Loppers are cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted as needed. Heavy rust removal or unusually worn tools may require additional work and may increase the price.

Guillotine-style pet nail trimmer service includes replacement of the cutting blade, internal wooden shaft, and spring. Trimmer is cleaned, disinfected, lubricated, reassembled, and checked for proper operation.
